『KC 星观博览评分规则与注意事项』

<P><FONT size=3><FONT color=green>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; （禁止在此版发送新赛季比赛图片，比赛图片请到专门的比赛图片区发送,违反者扣分24~81分） </FONT></FONT></P>

<P><FONT color=red><FONT size=4>3.禁止发需要回复或进入其他网站才能看到的图片，也就是请大家直接发图片。 </FONT></FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=red><FONT size=4>4.图片不得以附件形式发出。 </FONT></FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=red><FONT size=4>5. 严禁发布无讨论价值，内容重复 或者过时的图片。 </FONT></FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=red><FONT size=4>6.本区不鼓励转贴，若是转贴请注明。 </FONT></FONT></P>
